Hi Julie and Laurie,

    I wanted to thank you for the most relaxing weekend I've had in a long time!  Your lakehouse was the perfect scrapbooking weekend getaway.  I was able to get so much done on my son's baby book and I even had time to make my daughter's birthday invitation.  Your house had such a "homey" feeling and we felt so comfortable and right at home.  I felt like I was in my own home and in my own bed!  The view of Baldwin Lake is spectacular and it was gorgeous to scrapbook and watch the sunset.  The area is so calm and peaceful - nice getaway from our busy city life!  We didn't even turn on the TV until 9:00 pm on Saturday night!  Thank you for thinking of the "little" things such as the chocolates in each room, each bed with individual towels wrapped in raffia, the fruit tray, the chick flicks - even the books!  
    
    We loved the fact that you had the cricut there for our personal use and the cartridges!  We had one of our girlfriends come up with us who does not scrapbook at all but came just to get away for the weekend and hang with the girls.  She was so inspired that by Saturday night she had mad 18 greeting cards!
    
    The crop room was awesome!  There was PLENTY of space for each of us to completely spread out and put out all our supplies and working materials.  The lighting in there was great - didn't need anymore - esp. with the natural sunlight from the bay window!  We also went into town and went to Pages In Time.  We ended up spending 3 hours there!!!!  It was the best scrapbooking store ever!!!  
    
    And lastly, the food was unbelievable!!!  Laurie is an awesome cook and we ate everything she made for us.  We loved everything so much that we would love to get the recipes from her if she's willing to share.  We were so full from everything that we didn't even get to finish all the dessert you provided!  
    
    You gals thought of everything - it was the best weekend I've had in a long time!!!   Before we even left, we were already  planning our scrapbooking weekend for next year at your lakehouse!  We are going to make this an annual girls weekend!!!
    
    Thanks for making this such a relaxing weekend for me.  This was my first weekend away since we had kids (18 months) and it was the best weekend ever.  Caught up on my sleep,  made huge progress on my son's baby book, made my daughter's bday invitation, relaxed by the lake, and ate like a queen!  What more can I ask for???

Thank you for such a wonderful weekend!  The views of the lake in the morning and at sunset were wonderful!  The house feels very much like "home away from home" and we were all very comfortable.  The food was fantastic!  Thanks again!

Thank you so much for the opportunity to rent your lake house.  It was so inviting and comfortable.  You thought of everything possible to make our weekend feel like a luxurious retreat.  The food was absolutely delicious and the snacks were a definite plus.  The spaces that you set up for individual crops are perfect.  We all had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back.
