Policies:
We require a deposit of $300 to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance of $850 is due 30 days prior to your arrival. All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your arrival for a full refund of your $300 deposit. Less than 30 days and you will lose your deposit unless you can find a replacement. After we receive your deposit of $300, we will send you a rental agreement for you to sign and return with your remaining balance of $850 30 days prior to your visit.
We accept personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks.
Lake House Scrapbooking is a non-smoking facility. We do not have Internet Access or access to a telephone. Please bring your cell phones.
In the event something minor gets broken, please contact us or leave a note so it can be taken care of prior to the next guests arrival. However, you are responsible for any smoke odor or excessive damage to the property, the home or its contents. An itemized list of damages and an invoice for the repairs will be sent to the renter payable immediately.
We want you to have a wonderful experience. If there is anything we can do to help just ask. Thank you.
